Website delivery
When you access this website, technically necessary connection and access data are processed. This includes your IP address, the requested page, the time of access and technical details sent by your browser, such as browser and operating system information. These data are used to deliver the website, maintain reliable operation and prevent abuse. The website cannot be delivered without the necessary connection data.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is to provide a reliable and secure website.
Hosting with Cloudflare Pages
This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc.
With this hosting arrangement, Cloudflare receives technical request data, particularly IP addresses and traffic information, to deliver the website and maintain its stability and security. Cloudflare processes transmitted content and customer logs as a processor; according to its privacy policy, it processes certain network and security data as a controller in its own right.
Processing outside the EU and the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States, is possible. Cloudflare's published Data Processing Addendum provides for EU Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant safeguarded transfers to third countries. The safeguards are available in the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum . Further information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, your email address, the information you provide and the content of your message are processed to handle and respond to your enquiry. The email service providers used are involved in transmitting and providing email. An email link opens your email application; clicking it does not cause this website to send a message.
Where your enquiry concerns a contract with you or steps requested by you before entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General or business enquiries, for example when acting as a company contact, are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interest in handling correspondence.
Contact is voluntary. A response may not be possible without a means of contacting you and the information needed to address your enquiry. The enquiry fields shown on the contact page are disabled. No information can be entered or enquiries submitted there.
Supplier Cost Simulator
The simulator calculates scenario values for prices, quantities and supplier-related effort locally in your browser. This function does not transmit those values to the provider or external services and does not store them persistently. Reloading the page restores the original example.
Cookies, analytics and embedded content
The website itself does not set cookies or use Session Storage or IndexedDB. It contains no analytics or advertising tracking services and no externally embedded forms, videos or maps.
When you manually select a website language, the website stores only “de” or “en” under “tc360_language” in your browser’s Local Storage. This choice is used when you next visit the language entry page. It is not transmitted to us or used for analytics or advertising. The choice remains stored until you select another language or clear your browser storage. If storage is blocked, language switching works without saving your preference.
Images and scripts are delivered as part of this website's files. Fonts are drawn from the system fonts available on your device. Loading a page does not contact external font or image providers. External links only take you to the relevant provider when clicked; that provider's privacy information then applies.
Retention and deletion
Personal data are retained only for as long as needed for their respective purpose. For enquiries, this depends on handling the request and any subsequent clarification. Where statutory retention duties apply, the affected data are kept until those duties expire. After that, they are no longer retained unless another lawful purpose applies.
For technical access data, retention depends on how long the data are needed for delivery, operation and investigating security incidents. No fixed log-retention period is stated here.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data. The right to data portability applies in particular to automated processing based on a contract or consent (Articles 15 to 20 GDPR).
Right to object: Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). You can exercise your rights using the contact address above.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. For the provider identified here in Lower Saxony, the competent authority is Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen (Lower Saxony Data Protection Commissioner) .
